Hi all! If you come across any farms or if you have a farm/outyard you'd like to keep bees on, I'm your gal.

Where are you located?  I just retrieved a colony from a fallen bee tree on the 14th fairway of Belmont Country Club golf course in Ashburn.  The course director asked me if I would like to place bees there.  Too far for me but a pretty good spot if you are in Ashburn.

Are you still looking?  We recently moved into a 55acre farm and have good locations for you to set hives if you would like to.

I did keep hives 10 years ago in Waynesboro but became citified and so had to quit the hobby.  Perhaps in the future we will pick it up again but have too much going on right now to add that to our list.  We do want bees on the property however and you would be welcome to place hives here.

We are in Loudoun county, just south of Purcellvile on Paxson Road. Let us know if that would work for you and we can get together.

Following up on this thread. If anyone on this thread has taken up offer from Belmont Country Club Golf course for hive placement, I'm interested to volunteer as I live close by. I'm a beginner and taking course this year so would like to be hands-on to get experience.
