LBA has a list of members producing honey. It is not all-inclusive but a place to start. Keep in mind that most beekeepers in the area sell out of their year's harvest pretty quickly. The 2019 honey harvest has not begun yet but many of us are preparing for the harvest in the next 2-3 weeks and continuing through June/July.

I have been harvesting and sold over 200 lbs thus far and have more to sell.  I am in South Riding and my bee yards are in the south end of the County.  You might want to look for any of our bee keepers more local to Ashburn.
